Mystic Pillars is an original blend of intriguing puzzles and an immersive storyline set in ancient India, providing the player with a unique gameplay experience. Key features include 100 simple and unique logical puzzles, an interesting story with colorful 2D artwork and animated cut scenes. The game is supported in 20+ languages (including 4 Indian languages) and voice over in Kannada and English.

History

It all began last year when we decided to reimagine a traditional Indian board game into a video game. One of the games we zeroed in on was called Ali Guli Mane or Chenne Mane (in Kannada). It is similar to a popular board game known as Mancala across the world. Initially, the game was called Sort as the gameplay was about sorting of items in a specific way to solve the puzzle. We started designing levels in various forms including circular, cubical, alphabet etc and eventually moved away from the linear design of the actual board game. We wanted to create a unique experience around the puzzles and eventually decided to intertwine the puzzle game experience with an original story based in Ancient India. The story of Mystic Pillars gives you a glimpse into the rich South Indian culture and its tradition.
